This software product has been developed to run exclusively under Windows-based servers with support for ASP.NET 2.0 or higher

For the database back end, this application supports SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005, and MSDE 2000 or SQL Server Express 2005. MSDE and SQL Server Express are scaled down versions of the SQL Server, which are free from Microsoft’s web site.
